The Space:

* **King Bedroom 2:** Includes a King bed and a separate day bed.

* **Living Area:** Features high-end Thermador appliances, granite counter tops with a waterfall edge island, and a wine refrigerator. Porcelain tile floors and ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy a beachfront deck with a table and sofa. Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and 8 wristbands are provided with this unit.



This unit sleeps up to 8 guests, with the inclusion of an auto-inflatable twin bed.

Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! While a car is convenient for exploring the area, Beachside One offers free on-site parking. For those flying in, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is approximately a 30-minute drive. Alternatively, the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is about a 45-minute drive away. Uber and Lyft are readily available for transportation within Miramar Beach and to nearby attractions. The resort also provides a tram service within Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort®, offering easy access to various amenities.

Please note if any beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers, pack n plays, and baby gear are available, these are provided as a complimentary amenity. LUXE 30A does not guarantee the inclusion or perfect working order of these items. They are not part of the rental agreement.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older, with at least one guest aged 25+ for every three guests in the group.

Each guest will receive a wristband for amenity access. Please note, there is a $25 replacement fee for any wristbands that are lost or not returned.
