We were excited to find a pet friendly rental with all the amenities we were looking for! For a non-beach front property, it felt as if it was beach front with the views and the quick access to the beach.

Sunny Side Up is a beautiful property and really close to the beach. The house was well set up and the host had provided linens, spices, beach chairs, and sunscreen. We had a great time there and plan to go back.

A great house for a stay at the beach! Excellent location...a very short walk and you are on the beach. A quick drive down the road and you have your choice of many restaurants and activities. House is supplied with many amenities and extras. Lots of "in case you forgot" bath supplies. A wonderful coffee bar. Just about anything you might need for a day on the beach. Great people to work with!!

Great House

Stayed here with my brother and his family and had a wonderful experience. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. There was a great view of the ocean even though the house was a few houses off of the beach. We had a wonderful time.

Loved this property! It was perfect for our family of 4 couples and one dog. Already reserved it for next year.What am I saying?!!! Don't stay here, or else this great deal will go away due to high demand!

Beach house

Great house, great hostess! Loved the welcome gift! House is actually closer to the ocean than it looks in the pictures! Beach chairs, towels, toys and pop up canopy tent provided! The house was spotless and the Keurig was fully stocked with coffee and creamer! Highly recommend!!
