This property was absolutely amazing in every way! We are already planning our trip for May 2024 and will be staying from now on for our vacations to TC. THANK YOU!
The location of the property is very convenient, and we did all we planned! It’s about 20 min away from Traverse City and the Old Mission Peninsula by car. You can enjoy the best ice cream ever at the Moomers ( 5 minutes to walk). The neighborhood is very quiet, and the property is super clean! Will stay again.
This property was very convenient to everything and easy to get to. We loved that it was so close to Moomer's and Fresh Coast Market. The unit was especially clean, quiet and very comfortable. Nice to come home to and unwind after an action-packed day. The communication with the host was exceptional. We will be staying again.
I was in town for a wedding, and this was just what we needed for the weekend. Great location, close to downtown. Twin Lakes park is a gem and Empire/Sleeping Bear was closer than I thought.
It’s hard to beat TC in October - perfect weather and the summer crowds have gone home.
Easy check-in, thanks for getting us in early. The apartment was clean, quiet, had everything we needed. Would return without hesitation.
One of the cleanest rentals I've stayed at. Quality linens in fantastic condition. Very comfortable bed. Doug was very responsive and went out of his way to fix something that did not affect our enjoyment. We appreciated the extra blankets provided. The sign to the apartment complex is a little hard to see from the road, we drove past it every time. Our building was very quiet. Would recommend.
This property seemed to be quite newly listed or remodeled, because it was reasonably nice but has some missing pieces or quirks we weren’t expecting. For example, the doors to each unit in the building were noted with stickie notes, e.g. “16”. The one main weird thing was that we were told after arriving that the electrical switch just inside our unit by the front door was not a light switch, but actually turned on and off the Internet modem/router for the whole building. This is an obvious issue with the electrical systems in the building, and until a better fix could be established there should have been a sign or cover of some kind over the switch to ensure we didn’t inadvertently turn off the Internet for the building. Other than that, Doug was great and easy to work with, and we had a good stay.
