Private beach on ocean frontage. Easy access into the ocean to float around, paddle board, or kayak. Great for families or small groups that want pure relaxation while having the ocean right at your fingertips.

No loud music or noises after midnight. We have a very good relationship with our neighbours and would like to be respectful of their peace and quiet.

Pull all kayaks and SUP equipment off the beach each nite. The tide comes in and will take it away. Any ocean floats should be returned to villa box

Please take garbage out to roadside on a regular basis. This prevents any flies or insects inside garbage. There is no recycling on island.

Family vacation

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Beautiful , large rooms with every amenity. Beautiful private beach with plenty of water toys. Beautiful sunsets and great bbq dinners on the patio. Plenty of TVs for all groups to enjoy their own selection. We will be back.
