About this property

The Living Room couch has two nice recliners built in, a comfy loveseat, and an Amazon Fire TV 50" 4-Series 4K UHD Smart TV for streaming and cable.

The Kitchen and Dining Room have seating at the table and a bar that seats 6. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the utensils and smaller appliances to make a great meal.

The Back Porch has a table and chairs with party lights and bamboo on the railings for privacy.

The Master Bedroom has a nice new King bed, flat screen TV, and the large bathroom adjoins the master suite.

You have access to the Back Porch from the Master Bedroom and Living Room.

The Master Bathroom has a jetted tub with shower with a nice shower fixture and different settings with a hose. The toilet is a nice handicap toilet. There is a large closet for luggage and clothes.

The Guest Bedroom has a queen bed and an adjoining bathroom.

The Guest Bathroom has a bath tub with shower and a tall handicap toilet. You can access it from the dining room and bedroom.

We have always enjoyed having our family vacations here in Branson so we thought we would invest in a property so we could have a home away from home and share it with others.
We also have been managing properties for owners since 2009.
We have other condos at The Foothills Resort if you have larger groups.

Why they chose this property

We liked the location because it is close to the clubhouse and all the great amenities here at the Foothills.
Another reason we invested in this location is it is so close to The Strip and all the main attractions as well as both Lake Taneycomo and Table Rock Lake.

What makes this property unique

Our condo has a nice and roomy layout and a good size porch to sit out in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee and listen to the birds. At night you can have the party lights on and relax over a glass of wine. There is privacy with the bamboo on the railings.
