Great place to stay with everything you need. We enjoyed the views, the quiet, the kitchen had awesome appliances (air fryer was a bonus) and the tv had all the channel we needed when we wanted to be inside. Just a lovely place - thank you for sharing it with others!

Beautiful Appartement with outstanding supplies. Good for relaxing and hiking (close to Joshua Tree, Indian Canyons, San Jacinto). Hollywood is a bit to far away for daily commuting. Cheers

Clean, Comfy Condo

My cousins (girls weekend) and I needed time away to re charge our batteries. We live in the OC and Palm Springs was the great mini getaway. The condo was super cleaned, it had all the essential for cooking, so it made it super affordable. The pool was a big plus it was clean and quite. Our overall experience was great, we will definitely be back for another girls weekend.

Maureen was on top of everything, providing a lovely, well-stocked condo with comfortable beds, easy access, good directions. We came to Palm Springs wanting to hike, but found that dogs are not allowed. The few trails that allow dogs were closed for various reasons, so that was a disappointment for what we thought was an area that self- described as dog friendly. We kept ourselves busy doing touristy stuff, but the condo was the best thing about Palm Springs for us. Thanks, Maureen.

The property was lovely, with a magnificent view of the mountains. The unit was clean and and nicely decorated but not overdone. There were many nice touches by the owners, especially the "elephant count." The kitchen had every appliance and gadget known to mankind., The neighbors were friendly and we felt right at home. There's a hummingbird feeder, which I filled, and it got many visitors daily. The location is excellent....close to everything ( maybe 5 minutes ) but on a dead end so there is little noise. Perfect for us!

Condo not explained well

It was hard to find the condo at night. The letters on the buildings were not easy to see. All the condos look alike. I wasn’t told how to lock the condo and had to call the host. WiFi was not explained. The tv was awful. There were 5 remotes. No instructions on how it worked. The host told me to call Spectrum. For the price I paid, I wasn’t happy with the condo. With more instructions, things could have been easier. I won’t return to that condo.

I’m sorry to hear that this renter had hiccups during their stay. Two weeks prior to guests arriving, they receive a welcome letter. This document contains maps and directions along with wifi and television information. I will provide more information about the television and remotes for future guests. Loved it!

This was a perfect place for our 3 week stay this November in Palm Springs. It is also the only place I can honestly say that I would rent again. The location was perfect for us. Near to stores and restaurants plus lots of walking options if you want to get your steps in. The unit is very spacious and has penalty of towels, sheets, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, really anything you may need Maureen has supplied. The view from the deck is awesome overlooking the pool and mountains, plus very much enjoyed the hummingbirds after we cleaned and filled the feeder. There are also several amazing heated saltwater pools throughout the complex which gave us lots of options for full sun or some shade. Wow! What a great place. Super comfortable couch and living room set up. Fantastic view of the mountains from all the rooms, but especially the lanai off the living room. Palm Springs Family Get Together

Excellent location. Close to downtown, shopping and restaurants. Condo was located just steps from the pool. Overall our stay was very good. However, there were a few minor things that detracted from s perfect stay. These are details that the property management company should have attended to. 1. Face cloths and kitchen towels: Didn't find the facial cloths until the 3rd day - we purchased some and left them in the unit. The kitchen towels needed to be replaced & there were only 2 dish cloths. 2. The gas BBQ propane tank was empty. We filled it. Also, only one side of the BBQ ignited. Again this was a maintenance issue - not the owner's fault. 3. Very few cleaning supplies. Only 1 dishwasher tab was included. We purchased more and left them for the next tenant. Only about 1/3 bottle of dishwashing liquid. Overall, the condo was wonderful and a great value. Other than the minor annoyance of the propane and supplies issues, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a condo in Palm Springs.

Palm Springs condo

Condo was nice for 3 people the division of bathrooms and bedrooms was good.. Comfortable living room, kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The barbecue would not light, appeared to be out of propane. Laundry was nice, someone had a pen at sometime that stained the dryer. It did not rub off on our clothes. Rug in the master bedroom needed to be cleaned. Lots of towels etc. Outdoor patio was nice and furniture comfortable. Pool was really clean grounds well kept.

I would recommend this property to anyone who is traveling for business or a small family looking for a quiet, clean, and family friendly location close to everything. The grounds are very well kept and the condo has some of the best views of the mountain and just a short walk to the heated pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back!
