This was one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. Location was phenomenal but, even more importantly, the loft was lovely. It was extremely well appointed, very clean, cozy and comfy! Highly recommend. Plus, contact with the host was great. Responsive and professional!

Wonderful stay in a cute little town. The space is very open and charming with thoughtful details like a fireplace and excellent walk-in shower. It was nice to return to after a long day at Starved Rock.I messed up when reserving the dates and was unable to modify them on my end, and the host was fantastic about working with me on that end, which I really appreciate. Great communication and seamless check-in.

Had a great one night stay while doing the Truffle Shuffle at August Hill Winery. Absolutely beautiful and immaculate place. So cute and cozy! Easy to get to, perfect location for the winery and bar hopping in downtown Utica. Would definitely stay here again!

It was really a nice stay. For an open floor plan you still had plenty of privacy. There are plenty of options for food and beverages and ice cream in walking distance.Utica is a friendly community, we stayed for 3 nights and checked out the state parks, did lots of hiking. It was a great spot to come back to and relax, the mattress was awesome, was able to get a great night's sleep!!!
