The house was fantastic. It was clear the owners built it out for more than just a rental property as the quality of the finishes and furniture were excellent.

This property had many issues. I tried to communicate directly with the host snd management company multiple times, to no avail. When i got to talk to the management company, after repeated attempts and dealing with their AI automated service, they kept saying they would contact the team member and somebody would get back to me. No one came back and addressed any of the issues. No one showed up in person to fix anything. The following issues occurred: 1. Stained blankets 2. Dishes and pans dirty when arrived 3. Fire places did not work4. Sauna did not work5. WiFi did not work6. No welcome book w instructions 7. Freezer dirty when arrived 8. Lack of communication directly or ai responses9. Canoes no paddles For a high-end property, I was quite surprised it was so disorganized and poorly managed. Even after the fact, they told me somebody would be contacting me to discuss all these issues after the stay and I have not heard from anybody 3 days after the stay. I had to cut our stay short because of all these issues, even though I paid in full. Very disappointed. Anybody who decides to go to this place or any other place managed by this company should proceed with caution.

We take guest concerns seriously and would like to clarify the steps our team took during your stay. Our Guest Services team responded to each of your messages and provided troubleshooting assistance for the WiFi concerns. We also sent a team member to the property, who was able to connect to the WiFi without issue. As an additional precaution, we have since installed WiFi extenders throughout the home to improve connectivity. We also sent a team member to inspect the sauna, and they confirmed it was functioning properly and heating as expected. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness concerns you experienced, as these do not reflect the standards we strive to maintain. We understand how disappointing it is when a home does not meet your expectations upon arrival. Following your stay, our team also made efforts to address your concerns and work toward a resolution. Unfortunately, despite those efforts, we were unable to reach a mutually agreeable outcome. While we regret that your experience fell short of expectations, we want to reassure future guests that our team was actively communicating and working to address the reported concerns. a peaceful oasis in this busy crazy world

The perfect family gathering house with various private spaces available for every iteration of gathering of ages. We ended our days gathered around the firepit overlooking the sunset lit lake while reviewing the unparalleled scenic wonders we had experienced that day. Nearby Glacier National Park is not to be missed and the Llama trek through the forest was a surprise highlight. The lake afforded many water sports for every age. We will always remember this week sharing such relaxing time with those we love in this beautiful setting.
