A Note About Coastal Wildlife One of the joys of the coast is being surrounded by nature. Our area is home to a variety of local insects, including spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs, particularly during warmer months. The home receives regularly scheduled professional pest control treatments, but occasional sightings can still occur despite our best efforts. If you encounter any concerns during your stay, please let us know and we'll gladly arrange additional treatment if needed. Seeing native insects will not be grounds for a cancellation or refund.

Cleanliness Our housekeeping team takes great pride in preparing the home for every guest, however everyone is human. If anything doesn't meet your expectations upon arrival, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly and help ensure you have a comfortable stay.
Respect for Our Neighborhood This home is located in a residential community, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am each day. Travel Insurance We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unexpected events. Reservations and cancellations are handled according to the cancellation policy selected at booking, and we are unable to modify reservation dates within 30 days of arrival.
Location Information One of the best parts of this location is its convenient access to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. As a result, you may occasionally hear sounds associated with downtown living, including pedestrians, vehicle traffic, or aircraft overhead. Rented one night for the Coral Reefers Band concert. Short walk to Live Oak from the condo. Then only a block or two from restaurants/bars in downtown Wilmington
The property was very clean and quiet. I loved the location. My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful walk and lunch on the Riverwalk. I'd absolutely stay here again.
An absolutely perfect place to stay for couples! Right in the heart of the historical district. A ton of shops, restaurants, bars, and museums within walking distance! Much happier staying here than by the beach! The room was beautiful loved the natural light from the skylights and the bed was super comfortable! There are board games in the room, and a little wreck room in the basement as well for mild entertainment if your having a night in. The only thing that got us was the downstairs bathroom had black mold growing on/around the ceiling vent and when we let the host know they said they were aware and planned on taking care of it after our stay. But didnt tell us it was there from the start. Could have at least blocked off that bathroom and said it was out of order. But other than that communication was great and they were quick to reply about any questions we had! The parking garage is super secure had absolutely no worries about anything happening to my car, Would 10000000% recommend staying here! Absolutely worth it!

This property has so much potential. The location is great, the parking is convenient, and the layout of the apartment is really nice. Unfortunately, it is not maintained well and there were some pretty major cleanliness issues. When we first arrived, we noticed the walls and floors were dirty. There were handprints and scuff marks all over the walls, the floors were dirty and the carpets had stains and what looked like burn marks. We also found hair in the shower, stained towels, pet hair and stains on the couch, and the dishes and silverware did not seem properly clean. There was also a used, dirty sponge in the sink so we weren't able to clean them ourselves. The biggest issue was the amount of what appeared to be black mold on the downstairs bathroom ceiling. We contacted the host about it, and they offered to send maintenance to clean it, but we weren’t comfortable having that type of work done while we were staying there. They also offered to send their cleaning crew and said everything could be taken care of in under an hour, which was hard to understand considering the condition we found the apartment in. We asked for a partial refund due to the property being so different than expected, but the host refused.
Overall, we had a great experience! The location was very nice and right in town, a lot to do. The space was relatively clean, just obviously an older building but still in great condition. The parking space/garage can be difficult to find but directions are explained in detail by the host. We would definitely book again.
We had a fabulous time in Wilmington! This condo is centrally located and was perfect for our 44th Anniversary trip!! Thanks so much for sharing it with us!
The unit was “clean,” but not as perfect in the pictures. Carpets were very stained all over. Walls were scuffed up with markings everywhere. Good location in terms of walking distance to coffee, food, and shops. Overall an okay place to stay for the price.
My 6 year old and I stayed for one night for a concert and we will def be back. I love Wilmington and this location is great! Very accessible to everything in the city. Very nice apartment. Some stains on the carpets and dusty areas, but overall happy with the place.
The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Great location for exploring downtown. Need to be able to negotiate stairs from parking and up to bedroom. Big step into tub. Very clean and well appointed. R we old book again.
We stayed here for a quick Wilmington stay for an event at the Ballast Hotel (so perfect walking distance to that as well). The place almost looked too good to be true online but it was exactly as advertised! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful place, great kitchen, and walking distance to many cool places and restaurants in Wilmington. We didn’t touch our car again once we parked at the place!
My only real downside of this unit is the check in process. There is an underground parking garage with a code, a code to enter the building, then a code to enter the unit, and it is not super convenient getting in and out (steep steps if that matters to you from underground garage to ground level), or if you had to grab something from your car. That being said, it is a downtown condo and it's in a great location and perhaps that is to be expected of urban living. Unit is beautifully decorated, just like the photos.
