Gorgeous sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico. Welcome to our beautiful 4th-floor beachfront condo! This cozy and comfortable studio is perfect for couples or solo travelers who want to enjoy the stunning views of the gulf and relax in a peaceful and private setting.
You are steps away from the white sandy beach or you can hang out by one of 3 pools, (one of which is heated) or relax in the hot tub. While hanging out by the lagoon pool you can enjoy lunch at the "Hang Out" bar and grill. We are located within walking distance of shopping bars and restaurants. Pier Park and St. Andrews State Park are within a quick drive away.

We absolutely loved this condo. It was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Best view of the ocean and moon from the comfort of bed that we have ever seen. The cleanliness of the resort are top notch. We will definitely be back!!!!

The condo was great! Had everything we needed and more! Leah was super sweet and very easy to talk to. Souvenir shops were right across the street and Walmart just a very short distance, could even walk if you needed. Parking was easy. Pineapple Willy’s short walk on the beach and the food was great! No added fees, like parking. Beach chairs and umbrella also come with the condo rental, I know for a fact nearby condos charge for parking and beach chairs/umbrella. I would stay here again!!

Perfect Re-Set

I love getaways with my husband or girlfriends, but I just needed a little space and time alone. I loved Leah's place! It was just what I needed! It was clean, safe, conveniently located, and exactly as pictured! I didn't worry about anything except where I would eat, what I would read, and whether I would go to the beach (just steps away) or one of the three pools! The only disappointing thing was leaving! Wished I had booked more days!

A new home away from home.

I love this place!! It has that homey feel & is very comfortable. Leah obviously cares about your stay as she provides great communication with you & has made her place relaxing for her guests. She wants you to enjoy your stay! We had everything we needed & more! The view is really great from the 4th tower's facing direction. I will DEFINITELY stay here again. I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. You don't always get that sense. It is nicely decorated, has a coffee bar, & has shower supplies in the shower for you already in case you forget. The location of LBR is outstanding!! Close to many restaurants, fun activities for a family, & a even a Walmart.
