Swan Cove Gourock is a delightful, bright, 1 bedroom apartment situated in what is one of the most tranquil coves in the west of Scotland - so peaceful that the swan pair return again and again to nest and bring up their cygnets. The property overlooking the River Clyde is in an excellent location within walking distance of Gourocks town centre with many cafes, restaurants and individual shops.
On the 1st floor of a traditional 'wally' close, Swan Cove Apartment has a bright open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The large windows frame amazing views over the River Clyde and the Rosneath peninsula with the Argyllshire hills beyond.
The double bedroom overlooks a large grassed area and has wardrobe and drawer storage and a working area with desk.
Immediately adjacent, the tiled shower-room has enclosed shower cubicle with a quality electric shower, toilet and sink.
