The loft features:

•Open-concept living space with sofa bed and half bath

•Spiral staircase to upper-level queen bedroom with full bathroom and tub

•Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, etc.)

•Washer dryer inside the unit

•High-speed Wi-Fi and A/C throughout



Guests may access the Las Catalinas Beach Club (extra fee, details below) offering oceanview pools, gym, restaurant, bar, and lounge spaces.

Beach Club Daily Entry Fees:

Child Pass (ages 8 to 12): USD 15 13% VAT, with $10 credit for consumables. Children under 8 have free entry with limited access.

Adult Pass: USD 30 13% VAT, with $15 credit for consumables. Reservations are required. Only accessible to guests staying within the LC community!

Swim Gym Pass: USD 20 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am. Ideal for early risers! Hours may vary, and access is limited.



Tip: For a romantic dinner with a view, we recommend Casa Chameleon perched above the bay for sunset magic.

Great location!

The loft was in the perfect location, tucked away just 1 min walk to the beach and main strip of restaurants in town. The space comfortably slept three adults and am sure even two couples would have been fine. The unit came with beach chairs, coolers, towels and anything else we needed to enjoy activities around the town. Amazing affordable option which is hard to find in Las Catlinas!

Loft at Las Catalinas

Loft was close to all available amenities of Las Catalinas, including The Beach Club pool, restaurants, the beach and biking and hiking trails. Local townspeople were friendly and helpful. As a guest, we were treated very well. The loft was clean and comfortable and included all accessories. The staff at Tropical Homes was very helpful particularly at a time where we had to arrange a extra day of stay due to flight cancellations. Concierge helped arrange both luggage movements upon arrival and departure. There was a SmarTV but no network access. The front door next to the front door step showed light under it so it could have sealed better for safety and pest access. Certain local sanitary sewer rules were unusual and inconvenient.
