Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

RoomPicks and VRBO are so miserable

Our daughter got really sick during the first night of our trip. The insurance is so hard to make a claim under and the folks at the property said they would tell the third party it was ok to reimburse us but dealing with room picks since then has been miserable. They are clearly blowing me off.
