Welcome home. Whether you are here for work or relaxation, this home provides all the comforts you need. It is centrally located with convenient access to restaurants and stores, while providing the comforts of a tranquil neighborhood.

The home has high ceilings with open natural light areas providing plenty of space for guests to gather or spend time on their own, making it perfect for extended stays.


Spacious Living Room
Relax and socialize in the living room's two comfy seating areas:
• Entertainment Area: Gather around the large smart TV for movie nights or catch up on your favorite shows with friends and family.
• Reading corner: Escape into a good book in the reading area. It's the perfect spot for some quiet time or enjoying a morning coffee.

Make yourself at home in this versatile space, ideal for both relaxation and entertainment.


Kitchen/Dining/Laundry Area
The fully equipped kitchen has the essentials needed to create your favorite meals.
You'll find:
• Large Appliances: Refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, gas stove, gas oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
• Small Appliances: Toaster, blender, food processor, hand-held mixer, small crock pot, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and a small air fryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of pots, pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, dinnerware, glassware, plastic dishes/cups, and utensils. To make your stay more convenient, we also provide basic spices and a starter pack of Keurig pods.

The dining area has a table that comfortably seats six, perfect for enjoying meals or playing games. A nearby cabinet is stocked with a variety of board games for your entertainment. Additionally, there is a dedicated workspace with direct access to the home Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected.

Just off the kitchen, you'll find a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, full ironing board, and a clothing basket for all your laundry needs.


Bedrooms
• Main Bedroom: Features a spacious king-size bed, a 50-inch smart TV, an en-suite bathroom boasting a large shower area, a walk-in closet, and direct access to the pool for a refreshing start to your day.
• Second Bedroom: Features a queen bed, with a 50-inch smart TV, ample closet space, and direct access to the pool for a morning swim.
• Third Bedroom: Features a queen bed, a 50-inch smart TV, and a walk-in closet to keep your belongings organized.

The two queen bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.


Backyard Escape
Step into the fully fenced backyard and dive into the refreshing saltwater pool (33ft x 15ft), perfect for taking laps or simply floating under the sun. After a day of exploring the Coachella Valley, unwind in the saltwater spa, fire up the gas BBQ, or gather around the gas fire pit. The landscaping with fruit trees and spacious open areas provides a refreshing escape on warm days.

Guests will have access to the entire home with a fenced backyard (private pool/spa), indoor laundry room, and garage. Guests will be able to park one car in the garage with access to one garage door opener during their stay. Guests will also have storage space on one side of the garage. Guests are not allowed to open locked owner/cleaner cabinets located in the garage. Guests will have two parking spaces in the driveway.


• Per Cathedral City law, 31-day minimum rental.
• Spa heating included with your stay.
• Pool heating available for an additional $75 per day with a three-day minimum. Please plan for 24-hour pool heating time prior to use.
• Home is equipped with solar panels.
• For stays of two months or longer, professional cleaning will be required on a monthly basis. Guests will be responsible for the $100 cleaning fee each month beginning after month two. This is to ensure the home remains clean for you and in excellent condition throughout your stay.
