Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the balcony with partial ocean views and experience all the local activities that make it a summer in Newport. The Newport Jazz Festival, Folk Fest, Gilded Age mansion tours, International Boat Show, are not to be missed! Wonderful cottage in quiet area. Walk to beach

Great place with many amenities. Excellent quick communication with owners. They took the time to preview some attractions and what to expect upon arrival. Cottage was nicely decorated. There were beach chairs and beach towels as well as a small cooler. Would have liked there to be a microwave but everything else you could want in the kitchen was there. Highly recommend! My husband and I are both from Rhode Island and are excited to share what makes the smallest state so special. We have both lived in other parts of the country and abroad, but there is nothing like the Ocean State. As surfers and skiers, having easy access to both sports is what makes this place home. Rhode Island's unique coastline, history, and "only in Rhode Island" eats (Del's Lemonade, Awful Awfuls, Coffee Milk, etc.) are all worth the visit!

Why they chose this property

We love being able to run with our surfboards to the local beaches, or grab our tennis rackets and snorkel gear when there isn't any swell on the horizon. This is where we go to unwind, connect with nature, and immerse ourselves in the Ocean State of mind.

This lovely cottage sits on a point between two of Rhode Island's most beautiful beaches. It is made for those seeking a relaxing getaway - just bring your bathing suit and sandals! Beach chairs, towels, and even snorkel masks are available to guests. Having the ability to avoid beach traffic and parking fees is what makes this place ideal for anyone looking to make the most of their Rhode Island summer.
