Brand new home located in Yacht Harbor(Less than a mile from FloraBama) a community close to the beach and boast views of the gulf and on Ole River side. This is a 5 BD/5 bath luxurious free standing home was completed in October 2023 and will sleep 14+. Community has private dock with some first come boat slips completed now, community pool to be complete late May/June with pickle ball court. Home also has a private 15ft heat swim spa until community pool is done This home will have almost 2500 sq ft of heating and cooling living space with 2 Master Suites (one on each floor), elevator, tankless heaters, big balconies on each level on the backside of home for great views of the bay and gulf. Close to FloraBama(less than a mile) Crab Trap, several beach access points with parking, Johnson Beach Entry, restaurants, grocery stores, Orange Beach and Pensacola. Coming soon April private pool/spa above on bottom deck

Best House Ever

We have been going to Perdido Key for many years. This is the best house we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. Jennifer was so attentive and easy to work with. The house is in walking distance to Johnson's Beach State Park with great beaches, restroom facilities and awesome food trucks. It is also in walking distance to public beach access. The private pool was the icing on the cake. We enjoyed our stay so much, we have already booked another week in July. We can't wait to get back to paradise!
