The Neighborhood:
This home is located on South Shore Drive, the primary road running north and south along the Atlantic Ocean in Surf City, NC. It is a residential neighborhood with both rentals and full-year residents. The property is just over a mile from the center of Surf City, where guests will find a small grocery store, restaurants, shops and the Surf City Ocean Pier.

Getting Around:
Cars are permitted on the island. Many venues offer parking, and the city has paid parking in some areas. If you prefer not to drive, the center of Surf City is about 1.3 miles from the property. Guests can bring bikes or scooters to the property or consider renting bicycles or even golf carts from vendors around Topsail Island.

Excellent beach rental!

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful home! The updates were so well done and it was such a comfortable and clean place to stay. The view of the ocean and ability to go right out to the beach were exactly what we wanted. I loved the communication and all the clear information provided throughout the home on how different things work. I would highly recommend staying here!

Luxury beach getaway

By far the best rental experience I’ve ever had. I prefer to stay in hotels, due to bad rental experiences. On vacation, my accommodations need to be equivalent/better than my home. We traveled with friends and their 2 daughters so it was nice to all be together. Toria was incredible from the start and saved my trip from turmoil. My first bnb host cancelled last minute due to dbl booking. Was frantic to find a place, everything beachfront in surf city was booked for July 4th. Toria triple checked her calendar before accepting our request. She is a SUPER responsive host and goes above and beyond. The home itself is breathtaking and you will not want to leave. It’s everything you want from a luxury beachfront rental. High end kitchen appliances, cookware, heated floors & toilet in main master, high quality cotton linens (no cheap poly!) , pillows/mattresses in every room are comfortable. Gorgeous beach resort decor. Toria’s talent and passion shows through the interior design and attention to detail. It’s exquisite and unlike anything you will find in the area. Like staying at a 5 star resort, but better. Amazing restaurant quality ice maker in the kitchen for packing a beach cooler (plus afternoon cocktails). Brand new TV’s in all rooms that you probably won’t use b/c you’ll be busy enjoying the GIGANTIC outdoor deck and beach. Beach totes/coolers/chairs/toys are provided. Thank you Toria & fam for the hospitality/being super hosts Will def be back again
