About this property

This stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Oceanfront home is located on S Anderson Blvd in Topsail Beach. When you first arrive you will find parking for 2 vehicles in the covered carport area plus ample parking in front of the home. Use your keyless access code to enter and get your vacation started.

La Posada will sleep up to 6 adults and offers a Queen Bed and Four Twin Beds. Pillows and blankets are provided. Linens are NOT provided but are available for rental.

➤This property is pet-friendly! A non-refundable fee will apply per pet. Limit of 2 pets per reservation. (100lb limit)

➤No Smoking is allowed inside this property.

➤Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

➤A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Peak summer and Holiday seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our off-season.

➤No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

➤This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.

Would not go back!

We loved the location and the beach! The online pictures of the home made it appear quaint and cozy. The house has potential. But… the furniture was very outdated, uncomfortable, had a musty smell, and was too large for a smaller area making it feel cramped. The kitchen was poorly equipped!

Cozy and Homey

This property was quite cozy and homey. The walk to the beach, and the view from the home, were huge perks. The sky lights were a plus! Far enough onto the island to not be "touristy" but close enough to shops and local options for entertainment.
