Suite B - 3 minutes walk to Center of Folly Beach, across from beach -1 Room

A contemporary, NON-SMOKING studio suite, 1 bedroom for 2 people only, has porcelain floors, marble porcelain bathroom floor in shower and on shower walls. It is fully loaded with all comforts necessary, located right across from the beach access. There is a Laundry Room downstairs, please bring detergent and dryer sheets if you plan to use it.The property is in walking distance to the Pier and all restaurants and shops. It is fenced in providing you extra privacy. To the right of the suite is a large porch with couches where you can relax and listen to the sounds of the island. Below is a large yard with covered area. Here you will enjoy our comfortable couched and chairs, a ping pong table and an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off yourself and your beach gear.Lounge chairs are also onsite for relaxing in the sun. Beach chairs and beach umbrella are at your disposal.This suite is licensed by the City of Folly Beach as a vacation rental unit.

Exactly as advertised. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are readily available. No reason to rent from anyone. And 1 parking spot per unit as well. Less than a minute to the beach, no need to even wear sandals. Great place

Our stay was an 11/10. This rental was everything my wife and I were looking for and then some. It was extremely clean, super accessible, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s very close to beach access and all the shops/restaurants are within walking distance. The host is very kind, and we can’t wait to start planning our next trip back.

Luxuries at the beach

The apartment was like a high end hotel room where we were able ro relax and get great sleep in the comfortable bed. The owner helped with check in and seems genuinely interested that we have a great time. We have already discussed a return trip and would stay here again!

Anniversary beach weekend

Our stay was amazing. The suite is beautiful, modern and it has all you need to enjoy the beach. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom/shower was very luxurious. Folly beach is always fun to visit and this place is in the perfect area.
