This Cool-Cozy newly renovated House Central-located in Tampa City, within walking distance to Stadium, and some medical institutions. A short drive to the downtown, the airport, and the beaches. House is set in a safe and quiet residential area with small shops around within walking distance. Come to stay and enjoy all the conveniences!

House has a living room, kitchen, and dining room which can be used for gatherings, or work areas comfortably. 3 rooms and 2 beds, the third bedroom is for adding extra guests by request and fees will be charged, the laundry room has a washer and dryer.

Any visitor(s) that stay over 72 hours with confirmed guests, guest must notify the host for security reasons.
