Sunset Beach is a delightful beachfront community located in Treasure Island, Florida, just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. This cute one bedroom/one bath cottage is newly renovated and offers a well equipped kitchen and living area. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The full size, leather sleeper sofa provides an additional sleeping area. All linens are provided. Each room has its own smart tv, a 55 inch tv in the living area and 2nd tv mounted in the bedroom. Unlike many beach properties, this cottage has its own brand new LG Tower washer/dryer for your convenience. The full kitchen is equipped with cookware , microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The cottage also offers a semi-private courtyard with BBQ grill. A dedicated parking space just steps from the front door and additional parking is across the street with a city pass. Relaxing days and sunsets at the beach are just steps away. Also within walking distance, fun and dining at Caddy's on the Beach, Kai Tiki and Taco Bus. Other fine dining and shopping are nearby . Located within 10 miles of exciting downtown St. Petersburg and 30 miles to Tampa Bay River Walk. This is truly Paradise.

Paradise at Sunset Beach

Our stay at Paradise at Sunset Beach was fantastic. The condo was very clean, neat, well stocked and located just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico and Treasure Island restaurants and attractions. Excellent and prompt communication with our property host. We are so very pleased and will be making future plans to stay at Paradise at Sunset Beach.
