Welcome to 'Stella Maris' in Seagrove Beach - this beautiful tucked away cottage is on a large corner lot and has tons of privacy in the backyard oasis! There is a private heated pool and spa, ample lounging spaces around the pool, covered patio, as well as an open second story patio. The public beach access is a short 3 minute bike ride away!

When entering the home you will walk into a large open floor plan, greeted by the large living room area and kitchen, along with three bedrooms on this floor. There is a large dining table with seating for eight and bar stools for four. The large open patio off the living space has additional dining and seating areas. The first bedroom is the king primary suite with a private en suite. The en suite has a soaking tub along with a shower and dual sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twins with a shared hall bathroom. 

Downstairs there are more sleeping arrangements as well as a second living space. This space has a queen sleeper sofa, one bunk (twins) as well as a queen guest bedroom. Wake up and grab a cup of coffee at the coffee nook on this level. There is a laundry room located on the bottom level. Additionally the access out to the pool has an alarm for safety. There is parking in the driveway for four cars and a small car in the garage space.

3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Pool heat is available upon request for an additional fee + taxes. Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th.

We enjoyed a wonderful spring break! The house was exactly as advertised. I especially liked the location. Quick walk to the beach and The Florida Fish House. We mostly enjoyed morning walks to have coffee on the eastern lake. The house is a great layout for a large group. With the two separate large floors, the multiple porches, spacious front and backyard with large pool deck gave us so much room to enjoy and not feel cramped with 10 people.

Great stay

The property was as listed on VRBO. Our group very much enjoyed the pool and the beach was a quick walk away. A very small thing, but there are very loud alarms on the back doors (for kids) and while I can definitely appreciate this safety feature, it was a little annoying

Perfect house for our group

The house was perfect for my group, which included 6 adolescents and teenagers and two adults. It was spacious, nice proximity to the beach (but out of the way of busy spring break bike traffic), and the pool/spa was a real hit. We had a bit of a difficult time getting used to the alarm on the doors to the pool, but that's my only complaint--we would definitely stay here again!

Spring break at Seagrove

This is a nice house for a family. The pool area is nice and the heated pool was a plus. The interior of the house was nice and clean. The lower sitting area adjacent to the pool and the front sitting area could use cleaning. Access to the public beach is a little farther than listed. The TV's in the bedrooms could use updating so you can stream on them. In our opinion fix those and this would merit a 5 star rating.

Not for children

The house is great for adults but not really for children. No pool / beach toys , chairs, wagon… I have rented for several years and was never told after paying a large amount of money and a flight there to turn around and purchase / rent more things to accommodate kids. AND was not told about the unfortunate beach access up front . That had to happen by the “beach police” which was very embarrassing.But if you don’t have children it’s a nice place
