Enjoy a stylish experience at this perfectly located house in Cardiff! Newly remodeled and professional designed, family-friendly, 5-10 minute walk to famous Swamis Beach and downtown Encinitas. This house has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation! Walk on beach or rail trail within minutes, surf at best surf locations, ride bikes, shop at famous Seaside Market and then enjoy the house playing, ping pong, foosball, relaxing in jacuzzi, sitting around ocean view fire pit, and watch the beautiful sunset.

This house is perfect for an awesome beach vacation! The house includes jacuzzi, outdoor shower, foosball table, ping pong table, outdoor BBQ, outdoor bar connected to kitchen, ocean view fire pit and grass area to play, 2 washer/dryers, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, and boogie boards. The main house has 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath with a separate fully equipped studio with another full bedroom and bathroom, including kitchen, and washer/dryer. There is heating and a/c in the studio but only heat and bedroom ceiling fans in the main house. Totaling 4 bedroom and 3 1/2 bath. The Second bedroom has a twin bed that a blow up bed can easily be added to (included). There is a no party/large gathering policy, emphasizing no more than 8 people in the house during your stay.

This house is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, rail trail, downtown Encinitas and 1 mile to famous shopping and restaurants in Cardiff. Enjoy getting fresh local groceries at Seaside market, shopping for beach gear at Hansen’s Surf shop, and explore all the amazing restaurants and bars just walking distance away. This is the best location! There is quick access to freeway where you can enjoy all San Diego has to offer: San Diego Zoo, Legoland, Torrey pines hiking, famous surf and golf spots, Del Mar racetrack, Wild Animal Park, Coronado, Balboa Park, Petco Park, Mission Bay, etc. You will want to come back every year with the comfort of this home and all there is to offer!

This house is amazing :) Wonderful location -within walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants. The detached suite was perfect for the grandparents to have their own space and quiet area.The house is very comfortable.Great kitchen- well stocked for cooking and eating there:)We loved playing games around the island. The foosball table, Ping Pong table and basketball hoop were all a hit as well :)Great communication with owner.I would highly recommended this house!
