Great place! The photos make it almost look like the pool is on a separate level in the back yard, but it's right out the back door - protected completely by a pool fence. The property is super cozy and was great to cook in. I was missing a vegetable peeler, but they had everything else - including a steamer basket for veggies and a food processor!The neighborhood is quiet and on a culs de sac, which means almost zero traffic. Super close to the beach (driving about 10 mins, including parking). The one improvement I would make is labels for the many light switches. There is lots of customization that can be done for lighting - which is awesome - but it look us a few mins to figure out which switch controlled which fixture.Wyatt was extremely quick with responses when we had questions leading up to the stay and during our first few hours while we figured the place out. Overall, if we're coming back to town we would absolutely stay again!

Everything was excellent other than the hot tub that malfunctioned. This was communicated to the representative who professionally responded. When correcting the issue was impractical due to the holiday, he immediately agreed to refund the charge to heat the tub.
