It's an amazing location! Away from the tourist crowd, yet super close to very popular locations: beaches, Del Mar Racetrack, restaurants, stores! Beautiful 2,802 Sq.Ft fully upgraded home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Private back yard with grass area, patio with very comfortable patio furniture, sun umbrellas, grill (coals provided) and a sparkling pool. The house is equipped with a salt water softener and filtered drinking water installed in the kitchen sink. Gorgeous kitchen with a large island that is great for friends and family gathering. Large screen TV on a swiveling wall mount can be turned in any direction with no effort. Indoor-Outdoor living style. Enjoy the weather! You will feel very comfortable in any of the four large bedrooms with new furniture and bedding. Brand new A/C and Steam Shower were installed just last year. It is only 2 straight miles (10 min) away from the beach and Encinitas Downtown. Interested in Del Mar Races? My home is a perfect place to stay for this event. It will take you only few minutes to the closest to the racetrack shuttle parking lot, if you don't want to deal with parking at the Fairgrounds. The house is only about 10 minutes away from the Racetrack.

San Diego property

This house was perfect for our family of 7. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool, our daughter-in-law loved the kitchen, and we all appreciated the location - being close enough to all the things we wanted to see and do, but, in a very quiet neighborhood without any traffic or noisy neighbors. This house is very elegant with lots of interesting and fun details. Natalia is an extremely gracious host and easy to work with.

Beautiful well appointed home.

This home was so beautiful and modern and the pictures do not do it justice. Extremely spacious for our group of 6. No small detail was overlooked when stocking the home with any and every item to make our stay enjoyable. The pool and yard area were lovely and relaxing. Perfect setting for evening cocktails. We would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous home, excellent location

This home was absolutely stunning and perfect for my family. It was comfortable and clean and the master bathroom & it’s shower was to die for! Everything was perfect except the pool doesn’t have a heater and was freezing. We were really only able to play on the floaties provided, which is too bad because we were really looking forward to more pool time. Natalia, the home owner, was amazing to work with and always responded right away. We would book again in a heartbeat if the pool gets a heater!

Perfect location! Close to beach, Del Mar Racetrack, nice family neighborhood. Walking distance to trendy breakfast/lunch and dinner places, grocery stores and other shops. Backyard is great for family hangout. Large bedrooms with new furniture. All everyday necessities like beach and bath towels, pool toys and floats, kitchen ware, dishes, wine glasses, body wash, hand soap, tea, coffee, salt sugar, cream, sweeteners, etc. are provided! It's a true home away from home!

It is fully upgraded home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Private back yard with the pool. The house is equipped with a Salt Water Softener System throughout the house and Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Filtration System and STEAM Shower with built-in speakers and a TV in the Master Bathroom.
