We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home in Encinitas. The location was perfect — just minutes from the beach, great coffee shops, and local restaurants. The home was perfectly laid out and tastefully decorated with all of the amenities one would expect in their own home. Very comfortable inside and out with a great park a short walk away (great for kids). Located close to the beach and great restaurants. Beautiful and spacious home was perfect for a week's vacation with our daughter's family, including 5 and 8.5 year-old grandsons. Located down the street from a neighborhood park and a short drive from Moonlight Beach. Backyard gazebo was great setting for outdoor dining and board games. Perfect size house for a large group of people. The neighborhood is very quiet, but close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The house is stocked with almost everything you might need, including bikes and beach gear. The bedrooms allow for a lot of privacy which is great when you have a large group. Our favorite VRBO rental so far! Cathy was an amazing host and was always very helpful. The kitchen was incredible and the house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Most organized and well stocked property we have been in. Owner provides all the things you will need for beach activities. Yard is beautiful and patio seating abundant. I originally purchased it as a rental property because of its peaceful setting—tucked away in a rare double cul-de-sac, perfect for kids to safely play and ride bikes. The quiet neighborhood is a hidden gem, and being so close to the beach makes it even more special. It's not easy to find a location like this in the area!
