This is a beautiful home in an unbeatable location, just minutes from everything San Diego has to offer. I originally purchased it as a rental property because of its peaceful setting—tucked away in a rare double cul-de-sac, perfect for kids to safely play and ride bikes. The quiet neighborhood is a hidden gem, and being so close to the beach makes it even more special. It's not easy to find a location like this in the area!

I purchased it as a rental property because of its ideal setting: a quiet double cul-de-sac where kids can safely play and ride their bikes.
