This is a 750 sq. ft. above garage apartment. It's modern, clean and open. Great views of the sunsets over the ocean and beaches. Safe, quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. It is a 5-minute walk to the State Park Beach and surfing spots. We are conveniently located within 5-minute walk of restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores.
We are on-site owners, who are available for questions, recommendations, and help. There is a private entrance on the side of the house with designated off-street parking. The designated spot is right in front of the entrance to your get-away.
We have beach toys and boogie boards for the kids. No children under 10 y.o. please, including infants, due to stairs, balconies, and breakable items.
This is not an event center. We want this to be your sanctuary and not shared with those you may be visiting in the area. You will be in a very quiet neighborhood to enjoy the sights and sounds of Cardiff by the Sea.

Why they chose this property
Our house is located close to everything and has a great view. It's in a quiet neighborhood with lot's to do within 5 min walk or drive, or you can just chill here. Nice beaches, good restaurants, not much traffic make Cardiff a great place.
What makes this property unique
The sunsets from the front deck are great. You can see LaJolla from here and the Coronado Islands in Mexico on a clear day (50 miles away)
