Fun in the sun!

We loved staying at this house! It was so close to Rotary Park and the lake and all the activities we like. The house was very comfortable and the outside spaces were fabulous with a view of the lake and the beautiful sunsets!

Weekend get-away

We came to Lake Havashoe to go to the Rodeo with friends. The house was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the house Except! There was no hot water! When I tried to contact the host the pass codes that were sent to my phone would not work. Finally my partner figured out how to light the pilot on the water heater but for the first day of our 2-day stay we could not shower. Host should probably check it out to make sure it doesn't happen to his next guest.

Your host

Grew up in the Pacific Northwest and ran a business there for 40 years. I have always loved our vacations visiting and exploring the desert on the east side of the cascade range. About 20 years ago I had some family move to Lake Havasu City, so I began visiting the area as much as I could, enjoying family holidays, golfing and boating. Finally, three years ago I was able to purchase property here in LHC, and so far, enjoying it very much.

Great quiet neighborhood and as the title says, close to everything central location with great access to the lake and also a great area for walking and biking.

What makes this property unique

Amazing comfortable and clean home. Split floorpan with a full bath in 2 bedrooms. Incredible kitchen for gourmet cooks. Beautiful desert landscaping. Massive amount of flat trailer parking. Wrap around covered patio with lake and mountain views. Awesome jacuzzi tub.
