• We have five EXTERIOR Ring Security Cameras located as follows:
1- front door (doorbell), 2- front of house, 3- driveway 4- RV/Boat drive thru access 5- backyard. Cameras are on 24/7 for security purposes.
• In order to secure a booking, Guest is required to review our rental agreement document. By submitting your booking you are agreeing to all terms and conditions on rental agreement.

LINENS & TOWELS: Leave UNUSED BEDS as found. Leave USED BEDS UNMADE. Place all USED TOWELS in bathtubs.
Set A/C Thermostat on 80° (during Summer months). Turn Thermostat OFF (in Winter months).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Just Like Home

Georgina and Jeremy were very easy to communicate with beginning with our reservation, arriving, and departing. Their VRBO is extremely clean (good housekeeping staff), the kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook in, and decorated lovely. We appreciated getting to park our car in the garage. The house is located about 10 minutes from everything. Highly recommend this property!!!!

This home was perfect for our trip and was warm and inviting from the moment we walked in. The house was neat and clean and well stocked. Now that our kids have grown up and married, we are enjoying life as grandparents so we absolutely love having a place of our own to create beautiful family memories for years to come! Why they chose this property

Through the years we've rented several different homes while vacationing in Lake Havasu which gave us a pretty good idea of what was comfortable and what wasn't. When we pulled in the driveway to see this home... we immediately knew this cute place would meet all our needs! The quiet neighborhood is important to us after a long day out on the water. The fact that the house sits higher than the surrounding homes offers a beautiful view of the mountains and lake and the sunsets are absolutely gorgeous from this property! The size of the lot was very important to us as we wanted to be able to have a drive thru boat/RV access and this property avails us the opportunity to park whatever we need in addition to our visitors vehicles and their toys. It even has RV hook ups and clean-out which was a huge bonus as we would love to offer our home to seasonal snow-birds. When we walked in the house the first thing I noticed was that it had been fully repainted and the carpet/flooring was new. Cleanliness is VERY IMPORTANT for us and this home was clean. The amount of daylight that comes into the house is one of our favorite things about it! It is truly a light and bright home which was high on our priority list and not easy to find in our home search. We love the fact that it has vaulted ceilings with an open floor plan and that it is not too big nor too small... it is just right for our family and friends to be able to go, gather and enjoy all the beauty and fun that Lake Havasu has to offer!
