5 Stars – Beautiful Property with Access to Luxury Hotel Amenities

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and impeccably clean property. The home itself was stylish, comfortable, and well cared for. What really elevated the experience was having access to the 5-star hotel amenities—it was the perfect combination of privacy and resort-style luxury. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Mgmt co were welcoming and there to answer any questions. The staff at the SETAI we’re also very friendly and helpful. The unit is very beautiful and has a great view of the ocean beach and city skyline. The SETAI is also clearly a bespoke destination. The unit, however, for the price and being at the SETAI needs to address the old and uncomfortable mattresses and all the rooms, poor quality pillows, out of date and complicated technology system that runs basically everything in the entire unit.Additionally, be aware of the construction going on on both sides of the property and that they have a very small gym which was very surprising to see for such a bespoke property.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that our management team and the staff at The Setai Miami Beach were welcoming and helpful, and that you enjoyed the unit, ocean, and city views. We appreciate your constructive comments regarding the mattresses, pillows, and in-unit technology. While we regularly maintain our residences, we will review your feedback with the team to determine necessary updates and improvements. Regarding construction and gym size, these are managed by the hotel and unfortunately beyond our control, but we understand how this may impact the experience. We value your input and hope to have the opportunity to provide an improved stay in the future. Thank you for choosing Luxury Rentals Miami Beach!
