Relax -- The Stone Wolf Chalet sits on 2 wooded acres close to town, making this the perfect home base for year round adventures. Wake up & sip coffee on the large deck or drink hot cocoa by the fire pit. During warmer months, enjoy the public beach, kayaking the Au Sable river, ORV riding (bring your toys!), or Golf at Garland Resort. In the cooler months, cozy up in front of fireplace, hit snowmobile trails, ice fish, or ski/snow tube in Gaylord.
The space
Stone Wolf Chalet boasts an open floor plan, two levels, rustic outdoorsy decor. Open property - great for bonfires, room for dogs and kids to run. Paved street. Woodsy, quiet, and close to town. Plenty of parking for trailers. Sorry, no parties or events.
Guest access
Guests can enjoy the entire property excluding the garage. Washer/dryer available.
Other things to note
I am the proud new owner of this beautiful property as of 11/1/22. Some of the furniture, artwork, and decorations pictured may not actually be present. I am working to update the furniture and decor and will update the pictures quickly to ensure listing accuracy.
