About this property

This completely remodeled 4,600 sqft home is ideally located on Airport Mesa, walking distance to hiking and biking trails, short drive to shops, bars, restaurants.

Luxury throughout; large, designer kitchen with a 15 ft island and KitchenAid appliances, private gym, 6 person sauna, movie theater w/ 85" TV, game room, king beds and 55" TV's in bedrooms (except the kids), 3 balconies, and jaw dropping views from nearly every room on the house.

With king beds including Helix mattresses, quality bedding, ceiling fan, blinds and/or blackout curtains you're guaranteed a great nights sleep. Designer furniture, fixtures, and touches make this a home you'll want to return to.

The three level home is located near Airport Mesa Vortex hiking and biking trails and a short drive or bike ride to all West Sedona restaurants / shops. Both the Airport Vortex trailhead and Adobe Jack trailheads are walking distance easy access to over half the hiking trails in Sedona.

From the moment you enter the panoramic views, high ceilings, and large windows will blow you away. We purchased the house in April of 2023, spent $500K and eight months upgrading everything, not a light fixture or switch remained. Our goal is for it to be one of the most luxurious vacation rentals in Sedona.

The upper level includes a 3 car garage, 900 sqft Master Suite including a gym, balcony and guest room. The main level includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, great room, 2 balconies with endless views. The basement is a 1000 sqft movie theater / game room.

We hope you enjoy all the design details, our goal was modern and luxurious, yet comfortable and livable. There are several large spaces for your group to relax and enjoy.

No events are allowed per the City of Sedona...this has been an issue recently the city is heavily enforcing.

Smoking is not allowed in the house or on the balconies due to the smaller size of the balconies.

Ideal spot - spacious, views, location

This was a great location for an annual planning meeting with our leadership team. Many spacious places to meet and change things up. The views were amazing and the location is central to everything you might want to do in Sedona.

The perfect vortex

Let’s face it - you come to Sedona to recharge your energy and see the incredible views. This place has both. You are first welcomed by one of the most striking views of the red rock formations. You’re also in awe by the color shifts throughout the afternoon. Each bedroom represents a theme and different energy and feel. The details are unique and full of class. Let’s not forget the sauna in the master bath which is next to the gym!! If you have kids, they will love the basement area with games and a couch meant for a massive sleepover. My family enjoyed the short over to a mountain trail (which delighted us with more epic views) and the location to the grocery store and restaurants was unbeatable! This place is the perfect oasis for a Sedona experience and getaway. Cannot recommend it more!

Amazing

Top of the line accommodations . Watched the hot air balloons come up over the red rocks every morning. Amazing views. Our Grandkids loved the gameroom. Close to everything. We’ll be back.
