About this property

Home away from home

My home is very family friendly so if you are interested in a quick relaxing getaway you have come to the right place!
Come relax by the heated salt water pool in the spacious backyard.
With beaches less then 20 mins away. The entire upstairs will be yours as I do have tenants downstairs everyone do have their privacy. The pool and backyard will be for you and yours. *pool is opened mid May 21st and closed midweek September. (Pool is seasonal)

Perfect place

We were in town to visit family and enjoy a baby shower. This place was the perfect location for us. Sheena was a great host. The house was clean and spacious! She had cabinets labeled which was supposed surprisingly handy. The back yard was beautiful too! Highly recommend this rental and will rent again when we come back into town!

Truly a home away from home!

The house was so beautiful and very convenient, perfect size for our family with a lovely backyard for spending family time! The house has every necessity from silverware to air fresheners making the stay feel truly luxurious and very comfortable. The backyard In ground pool was perfect for swimming and having fun with a lovely backyard area for hang outs as well. Great communication with the host, and the home was located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood!

This house was very well maintained I was a little sad that we couldn't spend more time hanging out in the house due to visiting for a wedding and being very busy. Sheena took care of the smallest details taking it to the next level. I also would have loved if it was pool season, we'll have to come stay during the warmer months for that.

Holiday

This property was the perfect relaxing end to an otherwise very busy holdiay in Boston and New York. We stayed for 3 nights and could happily have stayed longer. The house was clean and comfortable and had all we needed. We spent most of the time in the large garden area which had an amazing pool and lots of seating options for a relaxing family time. Local shop, ice cream parlour, pharmacy and restaurants all within walking distance. We'd definitely stay again. Many thanks Sheena, Helen and family. UK

I rented with my elderly aunts so we could attend a family event. The house was perfectly located for our needs. Very clean and Joe’s Italian Market was a 5-minute walk. Great market! I highly recommend. Beds were comfortable, bathroom small and a little unsafe. It’s a deep tub and no bar or tub mat, Be careful. One bathroom for 4 was challenging because of size. You are given 2 rolls of 1 ply toilet paper. So bring extra. Biggest challenge was bedroom with 2 twins. No access to closet and no where to put suitcases. Okay for kids but if your party is adults only not conducive at all. You are literally on top of each other and with no space for luggage a stay longer than 2 nights will be onerous. Kitchen was supplied adequately but not amazing. Small Keurig provided for coffee and tea which was nice.You are given 1 roll of paper towels. So bring extra if staying longer than 2 nights. Bring a box of tissues and napkins. None provided. No washer and dryer, so not ideal for a longer stay. No guests after 9 PM among other rules made me feel like I was a teenager being scolded on how to treat a house. Overall, it met my needs but a little pricey given room sizes, limited amenities, no welcome book with how to’s, wifi, and restaurant recommendations etc, rules were a little over the top. I wouldn’t call it a home away from home. It’s a clean rental in a middle class neighborhood.
