The main level of this 2,000 square foot property has different areas that seamlessly flow into each other, keeping things open and accessible. Either side of the dining area which features a table for 8, are living areas, each with comfortable seating and large TVs.

The kitchen is equipped with quality appliances, and there’s plenty of shelf space in the cabinets and refrigerator for everyone’s favorite food and drink. Coffee lovers will delight at the presence of the Nespresso in the coffee bar, and your hosts will ensure there are a few pods to tantalize your tastebuds if you’re thirsty when you arrive.

As well as the indoor dining table, there’s an outdoor dining area too in the brand new deck area, so you can take food out there, or enjoy eating what you prepare on the gas BBQ. The sectional couch out here gives you another great place to relax after a busy day, somewhere you can soak up the last of the day’s sun and make plans for what you’ll do tomorrow, all surrounded by the quiet beauty of the local neighborhood.

Back indoors, there are games for adults and children to play any time of day, plus a Nest hub that takes care of the music. The whole house is served by superfast wifi, handy for keeping in touch with friends and family back home, as well as clients if someone has work to be done.

All 4 of the bedrooms are upstairs and all of the beds feature Nectar mattresses, so you’re assured of restful comfort night after night. The king bedroom has the bonus of an ensuite bathroom, and the room with the bunk beds is ideal for younger guests, with the queen and double rooms completing the quartet of bedrooms. Also up on this level is the main bathroom with a tub to lie back in, and a shower to freshen up under, and there’s a half bathroom downstairs.

Children of all ages are welcome to stay in the house, with the hosts partnering with the Baby’sAway service to see to all your childcare needs – please contact your hosts if you have specific requirements.
