Perfect for family and outdoor enthusiasts! Spacious, open living area surrounded by windows and forest views. Four comfortable bedrooms with something unique for everyone and a dreamy deck where you will want to spend most of your time.

The home is located just steps to the NID trail and a short jaunt to the Cascade Canal Trailhead. Mountain bikers love the nearby Banner-Jones loop. There are three major recreational lakes within 20 miles: Scotts Flat, Englebright, and Rollins Lake. Less than 3 miles to quaint, historic downtown Nevada City, Pioneer Park for summer concerts, or the shopping and restaurants of Grass Valley. Enjoy swimming holes and fishing along the Yuba or Bear River. Truckee is 1 hour away and Tahoe City 1 hour, 15 minutes. Less than 1 hour to several ski resorts including Boreal Ridge, Donner Ski Ranch and Sugar Bowl.

Feel like you are "away from it all" in the beautiful, wooded Forest Knolls neighborhood while urban amenities are easily accessible. Children and pets welcome! The giant kitchen provides a perfect gathering place for your family meal prep. There is plenty of room to cozy up or to spread out over four levels. Lastly, the home has a Generac generator, so no worries about power outages. Wonderful stay

The house is spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large deck, nice neighborhood and convenient location. The kitchen is well stocked with high quality equipment that made eating-in and cooking easy. It is the best and most thoughtfully appointed house we have rented. We especially appreciated that home was pet friendly. Communication was excellent and Tammy is a great host. Would love to stay again.

Great extended stay.

House was perfect for an extended stay while multiple guests were working in the area. Everything was easy and communication was great. Would stay here again.

Perfect Vacation

We had the perfect family vacation we dreamed of! The house was perfectly located just outside of town so it felt secluded yet everything was accessible to us. The patio was excellent for morning coffee and evening cocktails - and terrific bird watching - we saw a falcon! Check in was a breeze and the host was communicative. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to make our stay special.

Lovely home

The house was beautiful, with nice views, spacious rooms, and everything that you need to settle in for an extended stay. A/C and ceiling fans were needed for our stay & worked great.
