The space
Our home is a 2bedroom/2bath home, split open floor plan. We recently upgraded and remodeled EVERYTHING. We intentionally did not pack with needless items. Sometimes less is best. This place is a gem in the desert. Both bedrooms are at the end of the home with kitchen and living room between. Central AC throughout keeps the house cool. Front and back doors both have huge covered patio porches. The property is enclosed with a block wall to the back and fencing all around. Cameras on property.
No parties, large gathering or loud disturbances. We are considerate to neighbors.
We are on a septic tank system. Please refrain from putting ANY paper products in toilets. This would include toilet paper, paper towels, and wipes. NO PET POLICY.
The property is centrally located to all the major area attractions. For boaters...jack smith marina, needles marine, pirates cove and topock 66.

Other things to note
The Golden Shores community is a quite desert retirement type community. Great escape from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Some homes have wells for water but all are on septic systems. Most full time residents are retired. In town, there are some amenities but are limited. I suggest you bring groceries or your supplies with you.
In town there are (3) bar restaurants a gas station and (2) convenient stores, a hardware store, a family dollar, a post office, fire station, laundromat, VFW and county library next to the elementary school.
Highway 95 will take you to from Needles, Ca, on the south, across the bridge north to Mohave Valley, Fort Mohave, Bullhead City, Az and you can cross over into CA and Laughlin, NV
