River front home on the Colorado River. Large patio looking over the water, attached large garage, like new 1600 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms ,great room and kitchen looking at the river. See the pictures to appreciate. 12 miles to the first Nevada casino,Avi Resort. Many great golf courses in Region, with snowbird specials. Close to Bullhead City,20 miles, and Laughlin,25 miles, and Lake Havasu one hour away. Las Vegas and Hoover Dam less than 2 hours away.

Beautiful!

We loved staying here. All of the amenities plus! This is a beautiful house right on the Colorado River. So serene, private and relaxing. We would definitely recommend renting this property!

Awesome Adventure

Was the perfect holiday. Patio and private beach were awesome with lots of boats, kayaks and canoes passing by. Very close to golf courses and casinos. A very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Home was exactly what they said and more. Tom & Sharon were very friendly and helpful on what to see and places to eat.

Beautiful view of the river. Home had everything and then some. One cupboard was filled with spices. Home was comfortable and windows facing river. Kitchen had everything you needed. Tom and Sharon respond to every question quickly. Stayed 6 weeks and had a great and relaxing time. Best Home away property we’ve ever stayed at.

Relaxation/Gorgeous River View

Our 3 month stay @ this residence was wonderful. Very relaxing, right on the Colorado river. All the comforts of home! Lots of interesting places to see & things to do. Just a skip & hop, you are in Nevada or Arizona. The owners were very nice & very accommodating. Would recommend this property very highly! LOVED IT!!

Great Time!

We rented Tom and Sharon's place for 5 weeks and had a wonderful experience. They were wonderful to work with and very accommodating. The property was perfect for our family and the launch ramp was surprisingly easy to navigate, current and all. The neighbors were all very friendly and the area was fairly quiet. We look forward to renting this property again!

A little slice of heaven.

We stayed in what I call a little slice of heaven it was everything they said it would be and more. Very clean and everything you needed in a home. If we needed anything we would just call and it was taken care of. The view from the deck was breath taking you could see the mountain's and the sun rise every morning. Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy your home. We look forward to returning in December.

Great Place!

Pictures don't do justice to this lovely home! Enjoyed the patio overlooking the river with a cup of coffee and the sun coming up in the morning and with a glass of wine watching the moon coming up over the mountains, reflecting on the water in the evening. Our hosts were very friendly and gracious and welcomed us as if we were old friends. Would highly recommend this vacation rental
