A BEAUTIFUL COLORADO RIVER RENTAL

Beautiful large 2700 sq ft home 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms with dual air
conditioning and tinted windows throughout. Located on Needles
Municipal golf course, next to the Colorado river. Access to river
and boat launch within 100 feet from home. Home completely furnished
with everything you would ever need to enjoy your stay. 70" HD TV,
Large island kitchen with two ovens and windows galore to enjoy the
beautiful view of the golf course. 2 bedrooms are master bedrooms
with their own full baths. Laundry room with additional refrigerator.
Back-yard is one of a kind all 1600 square feet with full flowing
pond adjacent to the 12 foot island BBQ with 8 seating fire-pit along
with lounge chairs to enjoy the view. Once you have stayed in this
home you will want to surely come back again. There are 2 security cameras located in the front of the garage area and 3 security cameras located in the backyard/golf course.

Beautiful Spacious River Home

We enjoyed our stay very much. It’s beautiful, spacious, comfortable and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the large patio with a beautiful running water pond for a night of star gazing. This is our second time renting this home and we look forward to the next.

We've stayed at several different places in Needles over the last few years. This by far is the best/nicest place we've ever stayed at. The home is upscale, furnishings are outstanding. We BBQ'd one night, the backyard patio was fantastic. Communication with owner/Linda was immediate, Check in and out seamless. We will be back again....

Perfect for entertaining

This home is simply beautiful and perfect for entertaining groups. We had a full house (6 adults and 6 kids) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay and is decorated beautifully. Linda was an amazing host, super responsive. We’re bummed to leave but will definitely stay here again. We have been staying here for about 4 years and we keep coming back. This house is spacious enough for our family. Linda is really easy to work with and makes your trip feel at ease. I have not once had a complaint and the house is fully stocked, just bring your food and toys and you are set. I will be back next year. The house has a huge back patio with a BBQ grill overlooking the golf course to accommodate a big family and you are 2 min away walking distance to the river. The community pool is located two houses down. The house is located about 25 min away from the Laughlin casinos for a night time getaway. .
