We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, residence was clean, and we had all we needed. Location within a 5 minute walk of McCormick West was perfect for us. We appreciated the comfortable living room and lovely large windows.

I was in town for a conference at McCormick Place - this apartment was perfectly located. Short walking distance to the conference center and lots of restaurants. The apartment itself was very very mid. It lacked warmth or intention. The furniture and dishes were all very chintzy. The tub in the bathrooms looked dirty because they had been painted over - it was weird. The kitchen didn’t have the amenities that I’m accustomed to having at a short-term rental. Overall, it was overpriced for what we received - I suppose that is just the way of the world.
We were in Chicago for 9 days, the location was perfect for us. Neighborhood is ok, not bad, it’s the city. We felt fine walking around at night. The train is close and if you want to use it to get around that makes things easy. Took it to Wrigley Field for a Cubs game. We had a rental and used the outdoor parking spot that you can rent from property, worked great for us. Loved the location, loved it. The property however could use some maintenance. First impression was not so good, I got to our floor and saw either a cooling line or domestic water line condensating in the corridor. You could tell it’s been an ongoing problem. The room itself wasn’t bad but could also use some fixing. All in all we did enjoy our stay. Great location.
We enjoyed our time here. Property is very clean and well maintained. Getting in and out was very easy and we felt very secure. Property is just as described. We opted to.pay for the parking and were very happy with decision as it was well worth it.
The property was exactly as advertised. The building and rooms have smart locks, making the place feel very secure. There were many eateries and shops within a few minutes walk of the property. Be aware that there will be some ambient noise from passersby, traffic, etc. but that is to be expected given the location. Navigating to and from the property by car can be a bit anxiety-inducing if you aren’t familiar with Chicago traffic, but we found it pretty manageable as out-of-state visitors. The property managers were very helpful and friendly.
This was a nice apartment and very convenient to the convention center. The coffee/tea options were very nice. I rated 3 stars because there were several inconveniences. First and mainly, the 1500 deposit that was taken out months before arrival Is very excessive. I was expecting it to be taken out maybe a week before arriving? That is a large amount of money to be tied up in this rental! There is no storage in either of the bedrooms to unpack or even to place your luggage on. We had to use the floor which is not ideal. Also had to ask the desk for hangers. The plumbing in the bathroom was very loose in the showers. Kitchen didn’t have any towels, we used bathroom towels. Also didn’t have a baking pan available for warming up food. Besides these small things it was a very nice visit, the apartment is cozy and modern, the exercise room was well stocked with equipment and location is extremely convenient to the convention center.
