The house was perfect for our stay. The pool was a big hit for our son, who was in it every chance he got. The golf carts were great! We didn’t get to use them much, but we did squeeze in a trip to one of the town squares. The hosts were fantastic and communication with them was super easy!

Beautiful and up to date home. Very comfortable beds. Pool area is awesome and they keep the water nice and warm. Two gas golf carts!! Great kitchen. The hosts were very good with communication and answering questions. Set up our resident and guest passes. Location is between Sumter Square and Spanish Springs. Very convenient. Such a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Dean and Sheila Hooks house. Sheila was a wonderful host and got back to us immediately answering any of our questions. Her home is just as advertised and has every amenity you could ask for. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to shopping and entertainment. The 2 golf carts and pool were a bonus. We will be back next year.

The house was perfect size for us sharing with another couple. Great location and pool area. We appreciate the extra golf cart as well. I locked myself out one day and host was very quick and friendly about assisting me. The kitchen has everything you need and the beds were very comfortable.

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, unlike other rentals they have plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and non perishable food items which we appreciated!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot say enough about this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and care the hosts have put into making their guests feel comfortable and welcome. The home is beautifully appointed and gorgeously decorated with a fresh, current style. It truly had everything we could possibly need during our stay—and then some! Every detail seemed to have been considered. The hosts provided helpful maps, guidebooks, menus and information about the area, and they even labeled the light switches throughout the house, which was such a thoughtful touch and made everything incredibly easy and accessible. The pool was one of our favorite features. We enjoyed it every single day of our stay. We also absolutely loved having both the two-person and four-person golf carts available. Both were fully fueled when we arrived and were so convenient—and fun!—for getting around and exploring all that The Villages has to offer. Just as impressive as the home itself were our hosts. They were incredibly responsive, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. It was obvious that providing their guests with an exceptional experience is genuinely important to them. This home exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful, comfortable, exceptionally well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared for guests—we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting FL!

Everything was excellent. The property was beautiful and well maintained. All the information needed was readily available. The house was well stocked and easy to take care of. Even with a short hospital stay ( which was only a few minutes away), we had a wonderful time and would love to return. Though we did not need to, Sheila and Dean seemed ready to take care of any problems that might arise. Communications were always friendly and helpful.
