This property is amazing. Clean, comfortable, great neighbors, quiet neighborhood, beautiful landscaping, and all around a wonderful place to stay. The set up of all the rooms areso cute and the furniture is very comfortable. 10 out of 10!

Great house with floating dock on a canal that accommodated a 26’ cat boat. Easy access in and out of the river. Traveled to springs and gulf by boat. Boat ramp was close by and convenient. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Clean and stocked.

The house was perfect for our family! It’s very clean and has all amenities. Boat access is very convenient, boat ramp very close and the distance to river is only about a 15 minute minimum speed boat ride. Unfortunately the weather got pretty chilly while we were there so didn’t use the pool but the hot tub was great! Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful vacation and loved the home. It was super clean and well stocked with the necessities. The whole family spent countless hours in the pool, and afternoons reading on the dock. The kayaks and paddle boards were a bonus, and a fun way to explore. The gym was perfect for peaceful morning workouts. Also, important to mention, the hosts were great communicators and very attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better week!

The property was very clean. Master bed was be very comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Took the beach cruiser bikes for a ride and enjoyed it: I would recommend if visiting in April to request the pool to be heated it was a little chilly but we still enjoyed it. We did a 3 hour guided tour with kayaks at the paddle tail lodge and waterfront and it was a good time. Very quiet area and extremely relaxing.would definitely book here again.

We had an amazing time in Crystal River. Our waterfront Paradise was exactly that. If you rent this place you will not be disappointed. All the amenities listed are top shelf and the owners have gone out of their way to have everything perfect on the day you arrive. We stayed for 6 weeks and our stay remained without any issues the whole time. Enjoy!!
