About this property

Your beautiful mountain escape awaits! 75 yards to Gondola! Perfect year round!

Our luxury ski condo in the Silver Mill building is located inside Keystone Village, in the center of the activities associated with skiing. We are approved for a maximum of six occupants, with one car in the underground parking garage. Because we do not have multiple units, we are able to focus our time on providing the perfect vacation accommodations. This is a great location, just a short walk through the village to the gondola lift, the hub for day and night skiing. During the winter, you can enjoy skiing here until 8 PM-it's the largest night skiing operation in North America! There is nothing like being close enough to enjoy a leisurely stroll to the lifts and skiing all day. River Run is the headquarters for summer activities, as well, so it makes for a great location any time of the year. Be sure to check the Keystone website for a list of summer activities!

This unit has a private balcony with mountain views and partial views of ski runs and features heated underground parking. Silver Mill also has wireless internet that is now free for all guests, and we have recently added a new king size bed to go with the American Leather queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Hot tubs, outdoor heated pool, sauna, and game room are available for your enjoyment and our building is also home to an Italian Restaurant and a Starbucks. Everything you need for a great ski trip or summer vacation is right here.

Our family rented for years and have enjoyed owning and sharing this condo since 2003. We're genuinely interested in making your vacation an enjoyable experience!

This condo is the perfect place to stay at Keystone! Walk to the lifts or take the shuttle anywhere you need to go. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. I especially liked that there was a fitness center that I could use. The owner is very kind and responsive. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here with my wife and our two daughters (18 and 20). We have skied Keystone many times and always enjoy staying in River Run for the easy walking access to the gondola, shops, and restaurants. The hosts were very easy to work with, and the condo was in great condition. When we noticed the dishwasher was coming loose and wouldn’t shut properly, we contacted the owner and they responded immediately, sending someone to fix it right away. We would definitely recommend staying here and we will look to do so on our next ski trip.

It was a great get-away, our room was clean and even the pull out bed was pretty comfortable. Our landlord was super responsive and helped us whenever things came up, I'm excited for another visit soon

Great condo, perfect location

This was a perfect place to stay for our little mountain trip. We loved the great location. We didn’t need to drive anywhere, everything was walking distance. The condo was cozy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking meals and sitting on the balcony.

Location was great. Size was perfect for just me as I was on a personal retreat. Only recommendation is to list the Condo name so people can plug direction into Waze. Hard to follow when you are a solo driver.

Lovely stay in Keystone

We have stayed in this complex before, and really enjoyed our stay in this unit in particular. It was cozy, and just right for our family of four to enjoy the fireplace on some very cold days, and quick access to the gondola.

Apartment is located in the center of River Run so there is easy access to everything. Smooth check in and check out. The host is very responsive, you can usually expect answer within few minutes. Kitchen is well equipped . I hope will have a chance to stay again.

We wanted a unit that was right in the village, right next to the gondola for the easiest access to the slopes!!!

What makes this property unique

The proximity to skiing is the best, but we also enjoy the village life, including the hot tubs, outdoor heated, pool, shops, and restaurants. We never miss going in the summer either. It's a great place for a summer vacation!
