About half a mile from historic John's Pass Village and only 30 minutes from the Tampa International Airport this condo is the perfect setting for an escape to the beach.

This unit is newly remodeled (2022) with new floors and new main bathroom. New flat screen TV's, wireless internet and much more. The master bedroom has all new furniture with a king sized bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is new with a double bed and the third bedroom has a daybed that opens to a king. The under building parking spot for this unit is located right next to the elevator for easy access. Your beach vacation is waiting for you!

Madeira beach home away from home

This condo was amazing for our family vacation! We spent a lot of time on the wrap around balcony. The updates wer very nice and all the beds were comfortable. Gabrielle was great about answering questions prior to our trip and getting us an info we needed.

Beach vacation with some inconveniences

Some new remodeling in the condo made other inconveniences better. The little lock box to get the key was smaller than all the other ones and it truly made it almost impossible to see numbers pr get the key in or out and that’s the truth! No grill at the site really dampens a beach vacation cause everyone loves to grill during a long stay at the beach. The key situation to get into any door is too much to have to endure during a vacation, at least have the pool and beach doors unlocked for convenience of vacationers. So sorry but the owners and managers have to think about the tenants comfort and I am a huge safety person but if anyone really wanted in the oool from the beach they can just jump over the railing why make it sooo hard to leisurely walk in!
