Unwind with a beach retreat and some lowcountry sunshine at this beautiful villa inspired by the Italian coast. 15 Springwood was recently updated and features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in South Forest Beach. This villa is within walking distance of Coligny Beach, restaurants, shops, and entertainment! Guest can enjoy the community pool, beach chairs and access to the FREE Breeze Trolley at the entrance of the community complex.

This villa is 2 levels with the main living space located on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to make any meal. The dining room seats 6 with 2 additional barstools located at the kitchen peninsula. The open floor plan makes this space perfect for entertaining with comfortable living room furniture and a sleeper sofa! A desk is located in the living space, perfect for anyone working remotely. The private balcony is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or simply taking in the scenic views of the moss drenched oak trees.

Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms each with an ensuite. Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, TV and ensuite with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 features 2 twin-sized beds, a TV and ensuite with a shower/tub combo. Both bedrooms have ample space for storage and USB charging outlets.

Villa was clean and had everything we needed to have a great week at the beach! There were two beach chairs and beach toys. Kitchen was well equipped with anything we could have needed. It is an upstairs villa, which could be difficult for some people. With the bedrooms being upstairs, it was on the warmer side. Both bedrooms had fans to use, which was really helpful. It was located about 3min drive to coligny beach access. The community pool was nice, there is no bathroom at the pool. I would stay here again!

Relaxing and comfortable

We spent a few days going to the beach and shopping and eating at Coligny Plaza. The condo was cozy and relaxing and comfortable!

Great spot

My friends and I came here for a few days and it was absolutely perfect! Close to the beach, shops, and wonderful restaurants. The place was clean and we appreciated the nice little touches such as the starter kits that they had for us upon arrival! We would definitely come back.

A clean place with a great location

Pros- location, cleanliness, communication with Coastal Vacations Cons- sliding glass door was broken when we arrived (called Coastal and it was fixed), outlet not working in master bath, would have been nice to have a cooler/beach cart available since we flew in (I know you can rent beach cart). Overall impression- We had a great time and the place was just as we expected and as advertised.
