Escape to Seaview Escape, a third-floor, two-bedroom, two-bath villa located in the Sand Dollar Villas on Amelia Island in Fernandina Beach. This centrally located property offers direct beach access, a community swimming pool, and top-floor privacy with elevator access.

The spacious living area features comfortable furnishings, coastal décor, and an open layout connecting the living and dining areas. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping flexibility.

Beautiful sunrise

The location was great. Perfect place to see the sunrise. Condo had everything we needed. Wish there had been some beach towels. The furniture and the condo is a little wore out and the outside patio furniture is really bad. Location was great. Had a wonderful time.

Cozy and comfortable

Property was well taken care of, we had no complaints! Everything worked properly, was clean, great view of the water. Wish the weather was more bright and sunny but we made the best of it! Definitely recommend!

Nice property, as pictured. Clean, well appointed. Convenient to many things. Minor confusion when first arrived as building name Sand Dollar villas was not same as name as on the paperwork.

Great location

Great location. Dated. Not as clean as anticipated/hoped. Found pacifier on floor from previous guest. Couch in living room stained didn’t seem clean. Master shower ceiling has issue. For a beach condo it was good.

Basic condo

The unit looks to have been recently updated and was clean. The best way to describe the rental is basic (nothing fancy here). Communication and check-in/out was easy and hassle free.

Location to the beach was top of list of great things .Parking very convent and close to stairs and elevator .Only negative some areas dated in condo for example outside patios furniture and cushions needed to be updated . Old and one had broken and I cut my leg on it before seeing it.
