One of Folly's Best! Sea 2 is a renovated and comfortably decorated 1 bedroom beachfront condo. Hardwood floors, state of the art oven and cooktop, king bed and tasteful furnishings make this a very elegant beach retreat. This condo is located on the second floor of a three story complex directly on the beach. The building was recently renovated to feature new decking and upgraded A/C units. There's no street to cross, no partial views, and a beautiful shared balcony to enjoy the warm sun with all the sights and sounds of Folly Beach. You will also have access to a shared washer/dryer during your vacation too! You can leave your car parked in your designated spot for your entire vacation as everything is within easy walking distance. Beach lovers can enjoy the views of the ocean from the shared balcony of this condo or by crossing the private boardwalk over the dunes and right onto the sand! During the summer you can enjoy the water at one of the only sections of the beach with a lifeguard. Those who like to fish can walk down to the Folly Beach Fishing Pier less than a block away to join other anglers. Great restaurants, fresh seafood vendors and a grocery store are all nearby. This unit is a great base to explore the beach as well as the Historic City of Charleston. Sea 2 allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire.Folly Beach Suites shares laundry & HVAC with the neighboring unit, a locked door leads to the adjoining laundry room. Please keep temperatures at recommended levels and remove clothes from washer/dryer as soon as possible. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - LIC035308. Because of the potential of fraud we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

Perfect beach getaway

We've been to folly before and love the area. This was the perfect place to chill after a Charleston wedding. Being on the beach and having a beautiful sunrise view was definitely a bonus!

Great beach getaway

A friend and I stayed here for a quick relaxing weekend and had a great time. The unit was clean and well-kept. Beach view and access was perfect! Location was also a quick walk to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Great stay!

Our condo was very cold , ac continued to run and the thermostat had no control over the temperature. When we arrived temp was 63, the warmest it got to was 67.

We loved everything about our stay except the AC, which despite a very prompt visit by a repair crew remained glacial even when turned off. Because it was a weekend we did not request a second try so I expect it has been fixed by now.

My home away from home

This is my third time stay at this property and the location and view is to die for. The weather was not pleasant but that is to be expected when you stay this time of year. I hope to make this my biannual retreat

Perfect Beach Front Getaway!

This property couldn't be any more perfectly located on Folley Beach! Beach access right outside the door, and close to all local eateries, grocery, etc. but not in the chaos of the hotel traffic. No car required from check-in to check-out, which made for a perfectly relaxing getaway. We did rent a golf cart for 24 hours just to explore the Island from end to end. The staff was around daily, but never instrusive. They responded immediately when we pointed out some wasps trying to establish a nest in the wood decking & even followed up the next day to make sure we all good. This unit had everything we needed & we will definitely stay again should we find ourselves in Folley Beach!

Great location

Loved the fact you that you can walk to everything In Folly. Stuff was dusty and didn’t have any cleaning supplies. We did see a few bugs. Our washer didn’t work but they came to fix it same day. The view was amazing and we loved talking with other dog owners.

Great location! The views are amazing. The dedicated parking spot is very useful. You can walk anywhere you need to go downtown. Just be aware the walls are thin so you will hear your neighbors. Not a deal breaker at all, just a FYI.

Amazing location and perfect for a couple. The A/C did seem to have an issue- it stayed on 69, even though it was set to 72. I think there is a problem with it being shared with the next door unit.Beautiful view of the beach, close to everything.
