Welcome to one of the most FABULOUS year-round lakefront homes on Williamstown Lake sitting on roughly 1 acre. Perfect for family gathering or a getaway with friends. 4BR, 3BA, 3 finished levels, 2 car garage, private gated parking on concrete for at least 10 vehicles.


The kitchen connects to a beautiful living room with fireplace and large dining area with a table for 10. The sunroom offers two more dining tables (seating 10), a second living room, and spectacular views of the lake. The lower level offers a family room with fireplace, a large bar for entertaining, a spacious bedroom with 2 Queen beds with bathroom access, and a full laundry room. Two arcade games with over 280 games built in can provide entertainment for both kids and adults as well as the shuffleboard table. The upper loft bedroom is huge with 4 queen beds. The master bedroom is a King bed with full connecting bathroom and jacuzzi tub. Lastly on the main level connecting to the second living room is the last guest room with a Queen bed.


Walk out and enjoy your morning coffee on one of two large decks that offer amazing views of the lake. Enjoy boating, fishing, and swimming in the lake, or roasting marshmallows around the cozy firepit. Your rental includes life jackets and use of a 5 person pedal boat.

Our Hosts were very easy to communicate with. The property has a beautiful home, easy lake access at a private dock and plenty of room to accommodate our family. We were there with our kids, kids-in-law and grandkids. Our age range was 5 to 75 and this property served us well.

Beautiful Lake House setting. Everything was as listed. Very well supplied. 15 of us stayed sharing 3 bathrooms which we made do. Very clean and spacious. Wish we could have stayed longer. But was just there for 2 nights to visit the Ark Encounter. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the warmer weather and lake view.

This was a wonderful home and we would highly recommend! We had 2 families (4 adults and 7 children) and had plenty of space to spread out inside and out! The house is well-stocked. The kitchen feels like you are at home - nothing is missing! Top of the line appliances, quality dishes, pans, bakeware, serve ware, etc. The living space was ample and made it great for everyone to spread out and enjoy different activities. The arcade game kept the kids busy, as did fishing off the dock! The area was quiet and private. Communication with the hosts was proactive, prompt, and clear. We really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome time on the lake!

House was clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time here and used it as a jumping off point to visit the Ark, Creation Museum, and Buffalo Trace Distillery. Hosts were great and communicative. I would recommend this for anyone looking to stay in the area.
