This is the best place we have stayed in Ocean Lakes. The house was clean and so cute. The owner was super responsive and I definitely recommend the property. Hopefully we can visit again.

Winter Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were amazing. We got in very early in the morning and they were more than happy to accommodate us. Also offered late checkout if needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Rokus in bedrooms and cable in the living room were nice so that everyone could enjoy their evenings or downtime. Providing the use of the golf cart was extremely helpful!!

Wonderful Beach Vacation Home!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house for our family vacation! The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had a layout that worked perfectly for our group, especially with kids and teens. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and feel comfortable.The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. When we ran into an issue with the golf cart, they quickly found a solution so we could have one for the duration of our trip!! Communication was easy, and any questions we had were answered promptly.This home made our beach getaway so enjoyable, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Fun Family Vacay!

The whole process was made easy by the property manager! From check-in to any issues on site, they were very responsive and very helpful. We have vacationed in Ocean Lakes for many years but will make this our go-to. The home works perfectly for couples, and families. Our son loved the upstairs beds, and the jack and jill style main-floor bedrooms work great for keeping an eye on older children or housing older family. The location is an easy drive to all amenities that Ocean Lakes offer (1-2 min or less) , which makes for quick trips for whatever you need or want to do! Would recommend this home for all smaller families who are looking for a great home for their vacation!

Enjoyed our stay close to everything

Wouldn’t consider 2nd bathroom a second bathroom. It connects to loft area and my teen girls wouldn’t use it. Floors were sandy upon arrival and all Four beds had sand to begin with. We washed linens before use. Property manager very responsive and pleasant.

Like many homes in Ocean Lakes Family Campground, our home is a camper with an addition. The kitchen, 2nd bathroom, and loft area bedroom (with twin beds) is part of an original 5th wheel camper. It is a fully functional bathroom with pocket doors for privacy. As the property manager, I thoroughly clean the home between renters and this includes diligently sweeping and mopping the floor. Since linens were requested, fresh linens were provided prior to arrival. If there is a concern upon arrival or during the duration of the stay, we ask guests to communicate with us. We live locally and can remedy most situations fairly quickly if we are notified. Unfortunately, we were not notified of a concern regarding sand but would have been happy to assist. Considering the home was thoroughly cleaned and we were not contacted regarding this concern, I am unsure how the beds became sandy. The home is located on a gravel street and it is very easy to track sand into the home upon arrival and throughout the stay. We are aware and have plans to rebuild the deck in the fall. Rebuilding will allow us to reposition the steps so that renters do not have to walk through the gravel road unless they choose to do so. We love meeting new people and look forward to sharing our Beach Happy Cottage with others!
