About this property

This quaint Surf City beach cottage is newly remodeled and serves as the perfect getaway. It is conveniently located less than 1 mile to the Surf City pier and restaurants. Bring the family and enjoy life at the beach in this 2nd row home on the intercoastal waterway!
After a long day soaking up the sun, rinse off using the full outdoor bathroom and head inside to cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Or stay outside and use the large outdoor prep area and sink for any freshly caught fish or fire up the gas grill to make your favorite BBQ meal. When you're ready to eat, a dining table indoors and outdoors under the covered porch provides plenty of room to enjoy home-cooked meals together.

The Space
Indoor: There is one smart TV in the main living area but you probably won't need it, instead take the opportunity to to play one of the many games provided, or take a walk on the beach or down to the local beach bars for some good drinks and company.
