Fun-filled beach days await at this spacious, three-story home in Wareham, scenically situated with views across Onset Bay. You'll be a matter of steps from private Agawam Beach, where you'll find a dock, a slide, and breathtaking nightly sunsets on the aptly named Sunset Cove.

This home is perfect for getting out on the water, offering two kayaks (and two youth lifejackets) to launch from the community dock. You'll have chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, coolers, boogie boards, noodles, and toys for your beach days, whether you choose Agawam Beach, Little Harbor Beach (two miles), Onset Public Beach (three miles), or Swifts Neck Beach (five miles). Little Harbor Country Club, downtown Onset's shops and restaurants, and Water Wizz of Cape Cod are all within three miles as well.

Stroll home from the beach to rinse off in the outdoor shower, toss the day's swimsuits in the washer/dryer, and play yard games in the salty ocean breeze. There's a gas grill for afternoon barbecues, as well as tables on both the front and rear decks for alfresco meals at sunset.

With plentiful windows and mini-split AC throughout, the house is a cool, bright respite after a day spent out and about. Enjoy a living room with a smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a light-filled dining room for everything from pancake breakfasts to evening board games. Escape downstairs to the basement game room to find another smart TV, an arcade-style hoop shoot, and foosball, air hockey, and shuffleboard tables.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor and one bedroom upstairs, all with smart TVs. Complimentary WiFi is provided as well.

THINGS TO KNOW
The owner provides the required pass for Little Harbor Beach and Swifts Neck Beach.
The gas fireplace and the gas wall unit are not for guest use.
The upstairs bedroom has the top floor to itself, but there is no door to the staircase.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is an exterior security camera on the front of the house and at the basement door, both pointing toward the street.

Dock details:



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
